I just tried on a new server 1.21.7 (spigot) and everything works fine.

Do you have more information ? Type of server ? Errors displayed in console ? Commands you wrote ?

Which version of the plugin do you use ?

Can you try the last version 4.10.1 available on dev.bukkit.org

If you took your version on spigot the last is 4.9.0 and is not up to date.

I will contact the authors of the plugin to update spigot page with the last version 👍
