Extend the week-number module to display the current season #7

What feature would you like to see and why is it useful?
The week-number module currently only displays the week number as, for example, W1, but it should also show the season number as W1/S76. This would be especially useful on the player detail page under player tabs where data is shown that spans multiple seasons.
Additional context
Countries have different season counts as not all countries started at the same time. We already know when the first season in Hattrick (in general) occurred as it's used for calculating the week number.
Instead of searching for the start date for each country, we could simplify by having a lookup table to see what season is in a country on a given date. With this information, we should be able to calculate all past and future seasons for that country.
The list of the current season for each country will have to be constructed manually or with a script calling https://stage.hattrick.org/World/Leagues/League.aspx?LeagueID={leagueId} and then fishing the season number from the DOM.
