Q: about ropes in vehicle inventory

Wondering, is it AT (or sister ASL) that adds ropes to vehicle inventory for purposes of towing (or sling loading)? Which inventory items are these? Or we can find them in the A3 editor, for instance? Doing an inventory manager UI, and if it is not something that is auto-added, I'd like to support it out of the box. Thanks...

If I recall correctly, you had to have a rope in your inventory to use this, I guess it was added by this mod or was it in base exile mod? no idea..
