it seems that shippable is not running the tests

If you compare the logs in:
https://app.shippable.com/runs/5880b00a2f36a111000f00f4/1/console

with the logs in:
https://app.shippable.com/runs/5880aa97ad1e781000e1c7e1/1/console

and look for `test` you will see the difference

It seems that right now shippable is configured to act differently on a branch or on a PR. For a branch (like indigo-devel) it doesn't run the tests.
