PermaFlex not saving

Hello!

I have been using Permaflex for over a year now. A few weeks ago I did rootfs and reinstalled all tweaks. Flexible and permaflex installed and all previous settings were directly available in the apps again. I don't know if it's the rootfs.

The problem now is that when I activate new apps and make changes there, permaflex does not save them. the apps are not displayed in the settings either.

Can you help?
