[BUG] Build Install Instructions Leave Webhook Unready #181

Kubernetes Version
v1.34.0
Shipwright Version
v0.17.0
Current Behavior
When installing Shipwright Build using the release manifest, the conversion webhook does not deploy because it is missing a secret. Other configuration may also be missing.
Expected Behavior
Following the directions should give users a properly functioning instance of Shipwright Build
