Heading characters not visible in Chat UI

Whenever the Chat UI is opened, the heading is not displayed correctly.
The alignment and styling of the heading appear inconsistent across loads.
This impacts the overall UI presentation and user experience.
The issue is caused by incorrect or missing CSS rules.
A fix is required in the index file to correct the heading styling.
