[bug] The Omni documentation is not updated with the required parameters

Current Behavior

The Omni templates for on-premises installation is not updated with the new required parameter for sqlite.
It seems like it has not been updated for a long time.

Expected Behavior

Omni docs and templates for on-premises installation should be updated when releases requires changes for the startup parameters.
