Add support for http 1.0 #3
Description
It's very rare now, but in order to fulfill the HTTP 1.1 spec, we need to be able to fall back to and support HTTP 1.0 as well.
- Add test with a HTTP 1.0 request that verifies that the response conforms to the standard
- Respond correctly to 1.0 requests
