make render_report error

At the make render_report stage, I got the following error:

Error in library():
! there is no package called 'effects'
Backtrace:

Execution halted
make: *** [render_report] Error 1

I was able to resolve this by installing the effects package, but it may be worth noting that dependency somewhere in your README file.
