Conflicts with Dashboard extension

There's a conflict here with the dashboard extension, where Nick applies some custom styling to a select box...

You can add a CSS selector to the ignore var (https://github.com/eKoeS/better_forms/blob/master/assets/symphony.selectbox.js#L7) so that every selectbox inside the element being targeted by the selector is not enhanced.

I'll update the extension to include this ignore rule.
