reduce interferometric pointing with uv taper

improvement proposed for analyse_interferometric_pointing.py:

• apply a uv taper, to reduce residuals due to the sun

as shown in Assessment of katsdpscripts pull/465 with this change, antennas in the core should see the day-time pointing datasets improved by ~5arcsec RMS.
