[HELP] Unable to access the X Display,

Hi,

Thanks for the image.
I am running all the steps you mentioned in your readme related to running ride on macos.

Below the command I am running, $COMPUTER_IP is a valid IP

docker run --rm -e DISPLAY=$COMPUTER_IP:0 -v $PWD:/robot softsam/robotframework-ride
2019/01/25 11:04:33 socat[86345] E UNIX-CLIENT: wrong number of parameters (2 instead of 1)
Unable to access the X Display, is $DISPLAY set properly?

86345 -> is the PID of the docker socat and he is different from the one on the host

Do you have things I can check?

Thanks for the feedback.

I reproduced the same behavior on Mojave, and it is due to the command used to run socat. It used to work but no longer works this way.

The documentation gives the following command:
socat TCP-LISTEN:6000,reuseaddr,fork UNIX-CLIENT:"$DISPLAY"

Whereas you should actually run:
socat TCP-LISTEN:6000,reuseaddr,fork UNIX-CLIENT:\"$DISPLAY\"
(escape the ")

I will update the documentation right away.

Actually the raw README had the correct command, but it was not displayed correctly.

Should be fixed in e3a912f

The readme now correctly displays the command.
