Instructions in FAQ on how to diagnose empty output

It would be nice to have some more hints / instructions / guidance in the FAQ on how to diagnose empty output.
E.g. in my case google API is working fine and trans still returns a null response, -debug doesn't provide more hints either, but only in one network. The FAQ entry about empty output basically says f*** yourself in this case as I shouldn't post an issue but also can't further diagnose the issue.
I see why not every null response should be posted, as those are mostly configuration issues, but people with configuration issues still want to use trans.

I agree. The FAQ only mentions likely network and limiting issues, but that's clearly not the case since it works for some words, but not others.

For example, trans -d -s en -e google chivy returns nothing, same with "chivvy". But both return a dictionary entry on google.com, and other words tested immediately afterwards also work fine.
