HTTP 500 when submitting DevList form

Describe the bug
Submitting the form on https://solfate.com/devlist triggers an HTTP 500 error.
The page loads fine, but I can’t complete the registration process.

Steps to reproduce

• Go to https://solfate.com/devlist
• Fill out the form (Why should you be on this list? / Who will vouch for you?)
• Submit
• Observe HTTP 500 server error

I’d love to join the DevList as a Solana open source dev (building https://mintme.dev and related SDKs and tools), but currently I can’t proceed due to this issue. Happy to test again once fixed.
