Crash when adding a pattern to a stocker when using Trouser's port of AE2

Hello, I'm not sure exactly how supported Trouser's port of AE2 is, but i was testing it out with my personal fork of OmniFactory which uses it, and ended up running into a crash when i added a simple item pattern to a stocker. Attached is my crash report, and i was running appliedenergistics2-rv6-stable-7.omni-fixes-v45b, gregtech-1.12.2-1.15.0.721 GTCE, with GTE version 1.0.0.3. The crash was reproducible, and if necessary i can attach my save.

Thanks for the report @Sirbab. I think I know what the issue is, but I'll have to setup a debugger to confirm. May take a few days.

Does this occur for all item patterns, or a specific one? If so, can you send details on what's encoded into the pattern, and how you encoded it (JEI integration or drag/click item)?

I'm pretty sure the issue is that item is null for some reason. Pretty sure that shouldn't happen, but shouldn't be too hard to fix.
But should we fix it? Does item being null mean something else went wrong?
I'll make a PR.
