Flesh out USAGE for each command

Won't need much (or maybe even any USAGE for some commands).

Some commands accept no arguments, others just one, some two, and currently the most verbose command is chown with a syntax like chown -$USER:-$GROUP, where $USER or $GROUP are optional.
