Lighting expert should look for rooms before lights

Describe the bug
Sometimes when i ask the lighting expert to turn on my office lights, instead of turning on the room of lights, it turns on a singular light with office in its name.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have a room and a light called the same (or similar) Office (room) and Office white (light) in my example
2. Ask merlin to turn on the office lights
3. See error. This is intermittent and sometimes works fine.

Expected behavior
If i refer to lights as a plural im likely talking about a room of lights so it should first try to turn on a room of lights rather than an individual light.
