Use consistent & obvious styling for links #304

@eidens

Description

@eidens

Currently we have a few different link styles in use:

  1. The hidden link
    It looks like any other text. Only on hover or focus a link is revealed:
    hidden-link

  2. The underlined link
    The link text is underlined and it has a hover/focus effect:
    indicated-link

  3. The info link
    This one uses the text-info styling from Bootstrap:
    info-link

While 2. & 3. are fine, 1. goes against every style guide I know. For example, from MDN:

You should at least:

  • Use underlining for links, but not for other things. If you don't want to underline links, at least highlight them in some other way.
  • Make them react in some way when hovered/focused, and in a slightly different way when activated.
