replace the updated SFB logo in the bottom banner and change the Copyright to 2022 and 'lift' SIB logo #321

the sfb-logo should not have this 'slipping' blue background.
Please replace with:
(this .svg file is also in the SDash teams channel in 'files'-> 'sfb-logo-hu-scala.svg')
While we are here - the bottom banner still has the copryright symbol with '2021' next to it. Please make it 2022.
And the SIB logo seems to be slightly covered by a white banner? The letters are a tiny bit cut off. Please lift it a bit.
