The AWARE framework transforms everyday smartphones into powerful tools for understanding human behaviour and context. Built on the vision that our devices can sense as much as we do, AWARE provides an open, modular platform for capturing and interpreting real-world data through the sensors we already carry - from movement and location to communication patterns and environmental cues. It allows researchers and developers to study daily life as it naturally unfolds, bridging the gap between digital technology and human experience.

AWARE is an internationally established platform. As an open-source project with roots in academia, we are seeking support for further development and maintenance of the AWARE platform and to ensure its continuation and evolution on both Android and iOS devices.
