Automate ADB installation?

I was thinking that the Start form, a.k.a ADB file installation could be automated a bit when the program is first downloaded. Instead of having the user click a button to start the process in the Start form, maybe the installation can start straight from the initial prompt. The Start form could be left in for diagnostic purposes perhaps.
