Doc missing background jobs setup steps / examples

The background jobs should poll QUEUE=partition. Would be great to add some example on how to set it up that would go along with what happens in config/deploy.rb.

You are absolutely right. I just looked over the Installation & Deployment wiki page and it doesn't mention the workers for Kochiku itself (different from the kochiku-worker resque workers).

As an outsider it would be really helpful to have you edit the wiki page to put your perspective on it. If not, we will improve the instructions sometime soon.
