Polymer tests failing, blocked on Polymer 2.0 fix #26
Description
Migrating to Polymer 2.0 may have been an unfortunate decision. It looks like the <test-fixture> element is broken with wct 6, and templates aren't being stamped. The Polymer tests are currently failing, blocked by this issue being fixed or a workaround being discovered.
