Stage of a previously removed AWS account appear in console

Had two AWS accounts attached production and dev then removed the dev account in console. Later I was doing a local deploy to a stage on the removed dev account and am seeing it appear in console.
Seems like its still syncing in some minor way as the stages remains empty in console but I also cant remove them from the console either as they don't remove after an sst remove
