Deployment checklist: domain resolvable

When running the deployment we need to assert the following:
If the user is trying to deploy an application service with a domain that's not resolvable, we should ask them to either remove the domain or make it resolvable. We should also let them know about the emails that AWS is going to use to validate the domain (eg. `webmaster@mydomain.com`)
