Remote video / audio not working 

I have setup my singaling server and connected . I have sent offer and answered form other device. Below details as shown in my mobile. 

Signaling server : connected .
Local SDP :  connected . 
Local candidates : 11.
Remote SDP : connected 
Remote candidates : 0 

Do we need to set remote candidates ,I am trying only in local network. @stasel @kmadiar
