When using "Upload Image" for Cover Image, Thumbnail logo gets updated instead.

When uploading cover image by pressing "Upload a file", it uploads and updates the Thumbnail image instead of updating the cover image. Drag and drop works while updating cover image but not pressing the "Upload a file".
