Table of Contents

Is there a way to remove the ordered list in the table of contents on the page 1 of the pdf?
Additionally, there should be a title (h1?) on the page as well- so that should read "Table of Contents"

Ok, I can do both those things. How do you envision things looking on the web version though, in regards to the table of content? Do you want basically the same thing, with a header at the top of the page and then a list of the table of contents as links (without page numbers)?
