Is it possible to make the link clickable? If so then I would just make the word "license" available and have license link to the licensing website.

The link can be clickable, certainly in Preview on a Mac and I would assume Adobe Reader handles links the same way. I was wondering if that's sufficient for people printing the kit out though? It's possible with prince to do something like this on the web, with "license" linked:

While the print version looks more like this, with "license" optionally linked as well:

© 2011 by individual mozilla.org contributors. Content available under a Creative Commons license at http://www.mozilla.org/foundation/licensing/website-content.html.

That way even someone holding a paper version knows where to go, if that's desirable. Of course, if it isn't, a simple link is definitely possible.
