Custom Options

Hello ,

I'm wondering how to add further options to ffmpeg call.

I'd like to be able to add -re to the beginning of the call , enabling real time streaming.

I've tried adding a .native class to src/ffmpegBase.js which adds -re but with no luck.

I'm also trying to use udp input which fails .

and icecast output , which i get 403 error (though command works from ffmpeg) ((needs content_type set))

I realize that this is an old project , though though i'd ask anyway.
