Portspoof typos

I found what appears to be a typo in the PortSpoof lab as shown below. https://github.com/strandjs/IntroLabs/blob/master/IntroClassFiles/Tools/IntroClass/Portspoof.md

Also, as of current, the lab (which is now in MetaCTF cloud) still mentions ADHD. The Windows VM does not have that labeling.
