Restrict access to certain Fastify properties in adapter factory

Stratify must guarantee full compatibility with Fastify, which is made possible by the ability to configure installers.
However, adapters are only intended to access certain instance information properties and decorators from external plugins.
They must not allow plugins to be registered, error handlers to be defined, etc.
