Add a `IntersectionAnimation` component

The ScrollAnimation components are useful to declare animation triggered by scrolling in a page. Sometimes we need to lock the scroll and use the wheel event instead, which is not compatible.

We could either add an option to the ScrollAnimation components to make them compatible with the wheel event, or create a new component only based on the wheel event.
