Add documentation on installation

Add documentation on the README with steps to get a full wordpress installation after the composer command

Install wordpress

• fill .env
• salts ?
• wp db create
• wp core install
• wp core install --url="URL" --title="TITLE" --admin_user="ADMIN_USER" --admin_email="ADMIN_MAIL"

Activate plugins

• wp plugin activate classic-editor
• wp plugin activate advanced-custom-fields-pro
• ...
• tip: wp plugin list to view all plugins names

Good idea!

The .env should be filled automatically when creating a project as the .env.example file contains the default value for a ddev environment and it is automatically copied when running composer install.

The salts are added when creating the project, maybe they could be automatically added when running composer install if not found in the .env file.
