refactor CLI to prompt users

Im thinking that the prompt based interface was easier to use for non-developers...

I wanna refactor the CLI to check if their is a form.json object; if their is, deploy that form, if not prompt the user to enter their options separately.
1. source email
2. form fields
3. any recipients
4. wanna use a template?
