Update examples to support latest Superfluid SDK Core (v1.x)

Most examples are incompatible with @superfluid-finance/sdk-core. Errors occur due to breaking changes in SDK imports and configuration.
Proposed fix: Refactor at least one example (e.g., streaming-example) using SDK Core. Add setup guide for new devs.
