Mismatched package versions (ethers.js, hardhat, dotenv)

Many examples use outdated versions of ethers, dotenv, and other tools leading to type conflicts.
Proposed fix: Add package-lock.json, align all examples to ethers@5.x or upgrade to 6.x if compatible.
