Standalone Nixie with REM - SPA toggles GPIO relay that isn't configured.

I have a new standalone Nixie build with REM. Hardware is a Pi4 with a basic KS0212 4 channel relay shield. I configured REM to use GPIO pins 7, 15, 31, 37. Clicking the pin state button in REM properly toggles the relays. GPIO pin 7 is for my Intake valve and GPIO 15 is for the Return. I configured an Aux-Circuit named SPA as type generic with no connection. Under Valves I created Intake as a standard valve, circuit SPA, connection REM, GPIO 7. Return valve was also created as a standard valve, circuit SPA, connection REM, GPIO 15.
After the config was saved, when I click SPA under features, GPIO 7, 15, and 31 relays toggle on. I can't seem to figure out why 31 toggles on since there are no Circuits nor valves that are configured to use GPIO 31. I have attached my json config for REM as well as njsPC.
