Sequent Microsystems 8 relay version 6

I have a raspi4 with the Sequent Microsystems megabas card and 8 relay card ($45)... It is screen printed as V 6. When I choose the v3 drivers (in REM) it seems to loose the REM after a day or so. When I choose the V 2 drivers it seems to work but the relay numbers are not correct....ie if I plug intake into plug 4 on the card, I have to activate relay 6 in REM. Return valve is plugged into 3 on the card but it is 8 in REM. I can make all eight relays work....It is only relay 1 that behaves properly. Anybody else have this issue (or v6 relay card??

Sequent is notorious for incorrect screen printing and/or reversing some of the pins.
