MasterTemp 400 Communication Lost for last 5 days (RS485 bus logs)

Well off to a bumpy start of a new season..

• Heater was working last week just fine and full bore
• Today went to use heater for spa and nothing.. App says it is on but never turns on
• Looked at the Pentair app history log and for the last 4-5 days it has been saying "Communication Lost" daily and multiple times
• I'm going to open up panel (high and low voltage, heater cover to inspect the wiring to the 6 button panel, check all wiring to see if something compromised RS485 wire, etc)
  • All wiring visually looks good
  • Board on heater looks ok... not capacitors or chips that look burnt on top or bottom
  • No LED light on the board which I think it always has a LED when it was working since day 1
  • This is a newer board that is wired with RS485 and also has intellivalve wired to automate the flow to heater

Here is what I caught on the RS485 bus tonight... any insights.. i'll turn the heater on tomorrow to see if I can get more messages that may indicated what is going on..

Curious if any insights what may be going on based on these messages... I also tried to adjust heat to get any additional messages to expose some type of root cause...

Turns out the heater transformer had failed... if anyone gets similar logs above it may be an indication that your heater transformer has failed ours was only putting out ~2.8volts ..
