Possum Device Simulators Should Use Simulated Device Classes

Problem: Currently, some devices are using the device simulators specific to the device where they should be using the SimulatedDynamicDevice class.

Solution: Use the SimulatedDynamicDevice class for every device simulator.

Acceptance Criteria: Verify that every device is using the SimulatedDynamicDevice class in their device simulators and if a device is not, refactor the simulator for that device to use the SimulatedDynamicDevice class.
