Shift deprecated?

I get a warning like:

Warning: The keyword 'shift' has been deprecated! See the reference manual for details.

But I see nothing in the reference manual!

Where can I read more about this...?

I got this warning and ran into the same problem finding info in the manual. My issue was that I was using shift (task) instead of shifts (task)

I wonder if the checkForOldSyntax() could be updated to include the context the keyword was used in and include a link to the specific manual page when there are deprecated or removed keywords.
