Fix failing proto3 conformance tests

From the root of the repo, running `pnpm test conformance` will run the conformance tests. The source code is located in `e2e/conformance`.

There are currently 865 failing conformance tests, burn these down to 0. The list of failing tests can be found here: https://github.com/tatethurston/ProtoScript/blob/main/e2e/conformance/failing_tests.txt
