streamable-http MCP fails

Description

MCP tools accessible via streamable-http are not working correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

• Add MCP server with two properties: "type" set to "streamable-http" and "url" set to "https://...".
• Start ORS.

Expected Behavior

MCP tool added correctly

Actual Behavior

[MCP-STARTUP] ✗ Error initializing server 'name': expected str, bytes or os.PathLike object, not NoneType
