Ubuntu-latest release and debug cmake configs fail with missing dependency SDL_XSCRNSAVER

probably a minor error, but both release and build are now affected, darn it Ubuntu.. why do you keep disappointing us?? (Jk):

Seems like a SDL3 issue.

after reading further, it seems like GNOME, including several other distros are doing this:

theyre literally dropping support for X11, which means that SDL in the future could drop support for the SDL_XSCRNSAVER macro and put wayland in it.
