Downloading GALEX Bug going from 3.0 -> 3.1.*

In the newer version the GALEX cutouts no longer get downloaded. I've checked by rolling back the version. Last time this worked was in 3.0. In 3.1.1 howerver, download_images gives no errors and completes successfully, but no images appear in the intended directory.

download_images(name, 25.481458, -3.289611, survey="GALEX", overwrite=True, save_input=True)

As sample command that works in 3.0 but not in either 3.1.*
