[Feature Request] A messages.yml file

Lots of plugins typically have a messages.yml file in which you can edit the output the plugin shows.

This would give users (as in server owners) the ability to change messages in chat like the ones shown when you use /sar status

Also not really a huge priority but would be a nice to have for sure 😄
