Add a layer for reporting feedback

In a FB thread its been reported that a layer on the placement map for reporting sleep quality after the event could be useful.

I suggest that any implementation to facilitate this should be made a simple as possible.

One possibility could be a "comment" mode seperated from "edit" mode that allows markers to be placed, the markers should be of the types "sound report", "damage", "water", "smell" or "moop" and contain small textual comments. This could also make the map usable for moop sweeping etc.

• How would sound report be used? Since sound is happening very much in the moment, if there is no action happening from the reaction I'd say that is unnecessary.
• Sleep quality is very subjective as someone in the FB-thread also mentioned. I see the fun point of it but I don't see the usefulness of it.
• Both sound report and sleep quality is also very much related to the active event and will not have much value for next years when camps move around.
• MOOP is useful to report. It would be nice to be able to report it easily via mobile browser at current location Live location on map #9
• Water (flooding?) is valuable too
