disable dropdown menu

Hello,

I have tried to include the panel plugin in my setup. my panels are custom css and the problem I am facing is that the panel-heading is not read correctly in width as a result the panel controls to be shown as a dropdown and not side by side.

Is there a way to disable to auto dropdown the icons?
